Suganthi is the president of Technostrides, Inc. She has held the director position in the company for 7 years. She has experience doing client relationships, handling deliverables and vendor management for Technostrides, Inc. She has played a vital role in setting up offshore operations for Technostrides, Inc. Suganthi has good interpersonal management skills. She has a bachelor's degree in English from S.I.E.T college in Chennai, India. Currently, Suganthi lives in the US, but previously she lived in India and worked in Training & HR operations.
Vignesh GB - Manager IT Services
Vignesh is the Manager IT Services of Technostrides, Inc. He takes on multiple roles such as Technology Manager and sourcing partner. He has a Bachelors in Engineering in IT from Anna University India. He has multiple years of experience in end to end full recruitment life cycles, talent sourcing and focuses on deliverables. He is a team player who has skills in coaching and mentorship. The business areas he focuses on are the IT services sector, retail sector, BFSI, Telecom, and E-Commerce. He is a swift learner with a can-do attitude with problem solving skills, interpersonal, and verbal skills.
Chitra Balachander - Director of Operations
Chitra Balachandar is the Director of Operations for Technostrides Inc. In addition to this position, she also takes on tasks in recruiting in staffing and operations. Her expertise resides in business growth, strategic market analysis, talent management, key account management and financial administration initiatives. She manages a team of recruiters, career advisors, account managers and sales associates and displays a strong customer focused approach to support business partners. She also is responsible for leading and managing both onsite and virtual recruiters. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bharathidasan University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University.
